What is Greenchoice Flowers? 
We are the leading farm direct flower provider for the floral event design industry.

Where do your flowers come from?
They come from the best growers in South America, Europe and Asia. When selecting our growers, we take into consideration their commitment with environmental protection, fair treatment of workers, no child labor and stewardship in best business practices.

Why are your prices so low? 
Greenchoice Flowers has staff located in South America working directly with growers to get your special product at great prices. Our direct logistics system allows us to pass those savings on to you. In some cases, the savings range from 10% to 30%. We simply work on your behalf to get exactly what you need in the most efficient and affordable way.

How do I order your flowers?
You need to register in our page. Then start adding all the flowers you like to your shopping cart and go through the steps until you complete your purchase. As soon as you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation via email. If for some reason, the flowers you selected are not available, we will notify you immediately and will provide you with an alternative. After all, we are dealing with Mother Nature.

How fast do I get my flowers?
If you place your order before 11:00 a.m. CST, and we confirm the availability with our farms, then you can have it in your door farm direct in 3 to 5 days. If you need flowers next day, we maybe able to help since some of our flower partners may have availability in the US for overnight delivery. In that case, please contact us immediately to customerservice@greenchoiceflowers.com or call us to 800-244-6054, or live chat on our webpage.

What are my logistics options?

Aside from Fedex to your door, we manage two additional delivery options for your convenience:

  • Fedex option: We send all our flowers via FedEx and deliver to any address you chose within the 50 states in the US.
  • Airport option: However, if you live close to a major airport and have a big order (more than 6 boxes), we can arrange to send your flowers there. Please send us the name of your airport, delivery date and wish list to customerservice@greenchoiceflowers.com and we will send you a quote. From our experience this option is 10% to 20% less expensive than Fedex.
  • Miami trucking service: If your have access to trucking service from Miami to your local area, we can connect your product in Miami. With this option we will charge FOB Miami prices which are significantly lower than the ones listed on our page. You would have to send us the trucking line you use, the trucking drop off days, delivery date and wish list to  customerservice@greenchoiceflowers.com and we will send you a quote.

 What about shipping fees?
Our shipping fees are already included in the price of your flowers. There is no such a thing as Free Shipping. If you chose the airport or trucking delivery options, then we manage a different set of prices we will inform you via email.

What kind of payment is accepted?
For your convenience, we accept all major Credit Cards as well as PAY PAL. 

  • What if I have an event in a different address than my payment address?
    If you have an engagement in a location other than your payment address, no problem, just include your delivery address in the check-out section and Greenchoice Flowers will send you flowers anywhere in the US.
    What if they come in damaged? 
    If the product does not come in the condition you expect, we will kindly ask you to email to  customerservice@greenchoiceflowers.com  5 pictures of the product in question ASAP, as there might be time to solve the situation. If there is time and product available, we would communicate with you and send an immediate replacement either next day or in a couple of days farm direct to your door.
