How to Submit Claims to Greenchoice Flowers

If your flowers arrive late or in bad condition, you have up to 2 days after its arrival to send to customerservice@greenchoiceflowers.com the following information:
  • 5 digital pictures in different angles of the flowers in question.
  • Specify the number of damaged stems.
  • 2 digital pictures of the side labels of the box that came in the flowers.
  • Product claimed in the condition it arrived.
It is critically important to receive this information to determine responsibility at the farm or courier level. We reserve the right to have the flowers return to our Miami facility for quality control inspection.

It will take us 24 hours to get back to you with an answer. If we decide the damage is related to the farm or courier, you will get a credit note for the damaged flowers that you can use towards your next purchase. If your flowers arrive late, you will also receive a credit note that you can use in the future.

Order Cancellations

To initiate a complete cancellation of your floral order, kindly submit your request no later than (15) fifteen business days before your initially scheduled delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate cancellations within eight business days of the scheduled delivery as many of our products are dispatched from overseas and undergo processing several days prior to delivery or require prepping time in advance. Once the shipment is in progress, alterations become impractical.

Should you wish to cancel your order with greenchoiceflowers.com, please convey your request via email to customerservice@greenchoiceflowers.com with the subject line "CANCEL." In the body of the email, include your order number, name, and address. A confirmation email acknowledging the cancellation will be sent within 48 hours.

Please be advised that cancellations incur a 35% fee of the total order amount, covering credit card fees, transaction costs, and the labor time involved in processing cancellations. Your refund will reflect the reimbursed amount minus the 35% cancellation processing fee. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Conditions in Wild Products

We carefully gather and package our wild-harvested products (Smilax Vines, Elaeagnus, Texas Smilax, Vines) for your event, ensuring quality control. However, due to seasonal conditions and freight handling, there's a possibility of deterioration beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee perfect conditions.
Please note that refunds are not applicable for these specific products.

Changes to your Order

If you would like to change your flower order, please contact us 8 business days prior to scheduled delivery date. We might not be able to make changes to an order without sufficient notice. There is a $15 fee to change the scheduled delivery address and is not guaranteed.
